Working with Runes
This is an in-depth course not only exploring the individual runes, but the various way you can work with the runes.

It is a perfect starting point if you are brand new to runes.

A great way to weave the wisdom of the Younger Futhark into your practice if you already work with the Elder Futhark.

The perfect course to ensure you have sat with each rune, and found your personal connection.
At the start of the month you will receive an emailed Pdf with reflections, ideas to try, and in-depth information on the runes and focus of the month.
At the end of the month there will be 60 minute Zoom call (recorded in case you can't join live) where I will explore the focus, along with an opportunity to ask questions. If the call moves into questions and discussion there is space to extend the call.
This course starts in February, running monthly through to May. You will have access to the recorded Zoom calls for six months- as well as the detailed PDF's to keep.
This is a foundation course with depth and a very practical nature.

My aim is not to talk at you, or repeat historical information from other academics. I want to bring the runes alive.
Through myths, sound, movement and real life examples of how I have used the runes to form understanding, and create change- in my life, clients, and students.
