My Shamanic Path
My shamanic journey began in the 1990s when I first explored Druidry.
But it was in 1999, after moving to Orkney, that I truly found my path,
learning seidr, rune-lore, and shamanism through the wisdom tradition of Stav.
Since then, this path has become the foundation of my life and work.
I now work full-time as a holistic practitioner, with much of my focus
devoted to shamanic healing.
Each client brings something unique , a story, an energy, a lesson.
Through every healing session, I’ve deepened my understanding of both
shamanic work and rune-lore in a grounded, lived way.
Teaching and Sharing the Path
For over ten years, I’ve been teaching, both online and in person. Helping others explore
and develop their own shamanic practice.
Now, I’m bringing together everything I’ve learnt into one cohesive, heart-centred course.
This course weaves together my knowledge of Core Shamanism and rune-lore
(often called seidr) into a clear, experiential journey of learning and spiritual connection.

Community Zoom call
My teaching has grown from a circle chanting and chatting around candles, and for the last two years has included Zoom community calls.
Much as I love sitting around the fire- I know distance means that isn't always possible!
The community calls are our place to share our journey, share our wisdom and support each other. You can ask anything- and question anything.
Over time people will join, and start, so we won't all be focused on the same rune or tool at the same time. It will be a melting pot of ideas, reflections, with a little teaching thrown in.
As you're not driving you could even have a beer or mead at your side! Over the years I have come to value and enjoy the shared wisdom of the community calls.
The Zoom call will be on an evening, probably a Wednesday, and recorded incase you can't join live.
This course starts in June, but you can start at any point, working through the modules and bringing where ever you are to the community Zoom calls.
This is a format I have been working with for some years now. Teaching the runes and a shamanic (or seidr) connection to the runes using this concept. I know it works.
At first I was hesitant to teaching online, but I have learnt to love being able to connect with the right people regardless of location. And I have found a powerful way to blend tools, teaching, and community.
I am deeply rooted in my understanding of the tools I use, and after 5 years of teaching online, and over 10 years of teaching in person I am genuinely excited by combining all my skills in this one place.
